Meditation
Guided and silent meditation to cultivate presence and steady attention. Small groups, or private one-on-one work shaped around what you need.

Meditation is a skill, not a state. The point is not to stop thinking but to learn the texture of your own attention and how to bring it back when it wanders. We work with simple techniques, repeated often enough that they begin to live in you.
What a session looks like
A short opening, twenty to thirty minutes of guided practice, a brief integration. Techniques rotate week to week so you build a small library rather than relying on one method. Props are available for anyone who needs support to sit comfortably.
Who meditation is for
People who have tried apps and want something more held. People in high-attention jobs who want a way to come back to themselves. People grieving or in transition. No prior experience needed and no expectation that you do this perfectly.
Private coaching
For sustained one-on-one work, private sessions run four to six weeks. We pick one or two techniques, practise them together each week, and build a daily home practice you can actually keep.

Other practices
Breathwork
Slow, intentional breathing patterns that shift the body out of sympathetic 'fight or flight' and into parasympathetic rest. Held in small groups by candlelight.
