Meditation

Guided meditation in six-person groups, plus private coaching built around one or two techniques and a realistic home practice.

Meditation here is taught as a practice of attention rather than a performance or a demand to stop thinking. Group sessions rotate through a small set of techniques. Private coaching spends more time with one or two methods and a home practice that can fit ordinary days.

What a group session looks like

A short opening introduces the technique. Alina then guides twenty to thirty minutes of practice before a brief integration. Techniques rotate from week to week so you can build a small personal library rather than depend on one method.

Comfortable ways to sit

Cushions and props are available, and the position can be adjusted. The practice is not a test of how long you can sit perfectly still. If you need chair-based support or another adaptation, mention it when you inquire.

Private meditation coaching

Private coaching usually runs for four to six weeks. You work with one or two techniques during the sessions and build a short daily practice between meetings. The pace and format are discussed before the first session.
