Arrive ten minutes early to settle in. The studio is a whisper-only space to respect those already entering rest. Shoes off at the door. Phones silenced and stored in the basket by the entry. Strong perfumes and colognes are discouraged.

How do I prepare for a session?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals for two hours before breathwork. Hydrate. Bring a journal if you like to take notes afterward. Everything else is provided.

Of course. Most first-timers are nervous. The whole space is built for safety and slowness: small groups, low light, no performance, no expectations. If anything ever feels like too much, you are always free to rest.
